I slacked the whole weekend that I didn't touch this blog at all 😂

I finished twitting back in June 17, Thursday late night!
Slept, daily study, Thai lesson, work!
I let my partner make dinner..
I don't remember why but it feels good to have food served sometime XD
I'm always so grateful when he cook!
Friday started with daily study, then gym, then work!
Thought of going to the weekly outlet fair but then one student's parent stayed longer and talked with my boss
So I accompanied my student talking about.. lizard snake jellyfish and seashell? XD
It was also raining the whole day
So I went back right away and partner cooked Thai chicken rice!
Saturday started early with SCRAP!
So grateful that the players were really nice and it's always so pleasing when they have fun >w<
Then had salad @ Yoshinoya -> work!
Had 1 hr break after 2 hrs lesson, then another lesson and left for Harajuku!
Went to the outlet -> meet my partner!
We checked out a newly opened cafe by someone I know; Kopi Kalyan~
The taste was unique as the cafe provides Indonesian bean!
The coffee jelly reminded me of Kopiko XD
Then had super filling dinner; expensive Yakiniku!!!
So tired as I was in boots (almost raining the whole day too!) but I loved it!
I was wearing all black so I was so sweaty and sticky plus my colleague said I look like going to church XD
Sunday started early again with SCRAP!
Then I came home and died for like 1.5hrs, longer than I expected XD
Partner went to surfing, while I enjoyed my time dressing up very nicely for my friend's wedding lunch XD
I wore new heels, though it's truly killer that I ended up buying a nicer slippers (still high!)
The lunch was in a Japanese style Indonesian restaurant
The mood and place is nice but the food was super slow ;w;
From 1PM, we ate till 4PM XD
I think they are not totally used to big group @w@
But I'm super happy for my friend plus seeing everyone doing well!
Then as the place was Shinjuku, I went to check out a few stores and bought toiletries XD
Dropped by supermarket to grab dinner.. which ended up as 3.5 cans of beer (finished 3 XD) plus fruits and 2 potato chips
A party dinner for me!!
Been so long since I last went..all out w
Tokyo's state of emergency is over on June 20 but.. it feels like nothing changed 😂
Restaurant still close at 8pm, just that alcohol is now ok but only until 7pm
May be can eat out more but then.. still, not that gym will close again (it'll be bad for the business too XD)
So.. I feel like nothing changed XD
After lessons on Monday, I warmed up frozen Indonesia food I got from my friend..
Then died XD
Or more like I slacked by playing Sudoku + Mobile Escape Game and didn't touch this blog..
Tuesday started with recording of VKanon's 喜怒哀楽 KiDoAiRaku #8!
I also did costest; the only one cleared (out of 4) for June ;w;
I'll do my best in July ;w;
Then work -> cooked -> wrote report
And burnt midnight oil to edit the radio episode..
BUT I CAN'T EXPORT IT ;o;
Apparently iMovie's latest update have bug that no one can really export the video orz
I spent 1hr around 1:30-2:30AM troubleshooting but nothing worked as I can't export other videos too ;-;
Spent Wednesday filled with anxiety orz
Super sleepy and rushed to gym.. still feeling super tired from previous day's long time sitting down during editing orz
Splurged on food (a lot of fried food) -> work -> simple cooking with mainly preheated stuff -> work..
I'm now procrastinating from report writing with writing this :x
I kinda wanna finish this post this week..

Happy New Year!
Went to my first Hatsumode; visiting the shrine during new year with friends!
I was more interested in the food as I'm not really religious XD
So as I mentioned back in December 2020 last post, I went to friend's place for dinner on the 31st of December
As we stayed till midnight, we decided to go to the nearest temple, within 10 mins walk
Government (?) actually advice people to not do shrine visit (plus they set State of Emergency at the end of December) but it's a culture :x..
Well, it was my first time, so I just enjoyed it
I had sweet sake and red bead soup~
It was sure cold!

Usually train runs 24hrs on New Year day but not this year :x
Ah I forgot to mention that actually, I planned to go Okinawa with my partner for the end of year holiday but that was cancelled automatically by Rakuten Travel XD
Go To Travel campaign (a lot of stuff got cheaper!) also cancelled (campaign by the government but also cancelled by the government XD)
Partner likes Saba chips, while I like alcohol /slapped Drank OnoDaisuke produced alcohol though just a few sip!
And I did my own trip during the holiday!
Partner went to snowboarding on one Sunday, and I went to Yokohama~!
Visited 2 places I've been wanting to go, first being Uniqlo Park!
Uniqlo Park is like 10-15 mins away from the nearest station but thankfully, it was super good weather!
Yokohama being a port town, the sea sure is beautiful!
This is Uniqlo Park! Though it's more like a building with 3 levels of Uniqlo and 1 GU?
Plus slide area for kids!
Uniqlo does have solo building? like for example in Ginza or Kichijoji
So this was apparently not so impressive XD
So I'm glad that I went there alone XD
Sun ray sure was warm but it was still pretty chilly
Another reason I wanted to go is... There's a factory outlet right beside it!
Yay I visited another factory outlet in Kanto region XD
It wasn't too impressive as I don't think I'll go back again
I think I only got 1 dress? XD
Still, it was a great me-time!

The factory outlet was divided into 2 or 3 parts but it wasn't too big as I only took 2 or 3 hrs around~!
I had Yokohama yakisoba but it didn't taste as good as it look ;w;
There's an Asian stall with Hainam Chicken Rice but I definitely won't queue for it 😂
The factory outlet had 3 levels~ It was pretty crowded with people hanging out on the 1st floor too~
I remember I needed to add Nike's LINE Account to get a queue number =w=
What a way to make people add official account 😂
After that, I walked back to the station as I had another place I wanna go~
But tbh I still had time to kill, so I rode the train twice XD
To go to the factory outlet, I need to use Yokohama's local train after the train that goes to Tokyo
The local train only goes back and forth
I rode back and forth as the rail line is also not too long~
Well, beside a chance to sit and rest (I was in boots with heels that wasn't so comfortable yet back then), I also got to do sightseeing in the train as I don't think I'll visit those places
There's a big onsen or pool~
And get to see this beautiful bridge from the train!
Countryside of Tokyo is actually big @@
I mean.. Even though the 2 places I went that day were in Yokohama, I still need like almost 2 1.5hr of travel time from one to another
It's like how we always use car in Chiba as even though DisneyLand and beach are in Chiba, they are not near each other
It's the same with Saitama too!
The next place I wanted to visit was Gundam Factory Yokohama that was opened on December 19 2020!
It was also beside the sea~!
This was also 10-15mins walk from the station (there's a bus but only come every 15-30 mins?)
But I was so touched when I saw the Gundam from a far!
Although I'm not a big true fan I'm still always touched when seeing the majestic Gundam!
I didn't pay for the entrance fee though XD
I wonder why I was so cheapo that day when I should've just paid for the entrance fee instead of standing in the cold for almost 1 hr 😂
I regret not entering the cafe now as I can't go there easily + it's only there until March 2022 ;w;
Gotta make another trip there!
I waited for 1 /2hr to see both Gundam entering, plus Gundam walking out
I almost cried as I believe they were playing song by Luna Sea!

Oops, apparently that was on a Saturday as the next day, on Sunday, I went to karaoke with my girls!
Walked 40 mins? To Takadanobaba fully covered~!
Saw a bus with snow left, most probably from a snowboard day trip XD
Had light meals @ Hub by walking all the way to Shinjuku
Second round was Toriki XD
I missed drinking outside again~
Well, drinking at home is always cheaper though XD
The next day, I had my third temporary driving license test, which AT LAST I PASSED ;w;
I've been here almost all 4 seasons; summer fall winter spring ;w;
I was actually wearing 3 layers?w
The exam was outdoor with a bus stop as waiting room :X
It was actually a sweater I bought for my partner. Most probably will never see him wear again -.-
Oh, the waiting room used to be a bus.. It was always so cold :x
I always love wearing oversize clothing though XD
Since I passed, I treated myself by trying a famous Omurice chain store!
The store's name is Tamago to Watashi! Egg and Me XD
The place serves Omurice with different toppings and set up~
I got the special creamy and soupy one UwU
But tbh I'm bad with Omurice because I'm bad with hot food (Cat tongue!)
So I don't think I'll go back again XD
I think partner made dinner, where he used the whole bottle of ginger shoyu sauce instead of just 2 spoons? because he didn't read the instruction carefully 😂
Went to meet friends who are now not staying in Japan anymore after work!
It was a plate full of protein UwU
Driving instructor gave me sweets as present ;w; she always gave me snacks!!
Then a student gave me cookies and I treasure the hand written envelope ;w;
Tokyo's second state of emergency was extended until February---
I truly miss the restaurant near home ;w;
She hasn't open since...end of April?
Our third state of emergency..
Even now that we are off from state of emergency, Tokyo is still under control and Okinawa will only lift on July 11
She is following Okinawa's schedule orz
I miss karaage curry pudding ;w;
The usual way back with SkyTree~
waited for my partner in nearest chain ramen store and regretted ordering beer w
Draft beer is delicious but nope for winter 😂
And... that was the last day in January when I had meal above 8PM outside
Wanted to have obachan but her last order is 6:30PM!
I was so looking forward to watching Shinchan's this year new movie but it was delayed ;w;
The premier was scheduled for this year's Golden Week but Tokyo's 3rd state of emergency was on that holiday so it's delayed--
There's no news yet of when it'll be shown ;w;
Cinema is now opened and I believe Kenshin live action is also available (both 1st and 2nd as Tokyo's cinema was closed during the 1st movie's premier =w=)
Could've gone to Yokohama or Chiba if I was a big fan w
I remember watching the second movie with my eyes closed 90% of the time w
When you have sharp ears, even the sound was scary..
I went to watch Gintama's newest movie and the present was Gintama author's drawn Kimetsu no Yaiba 😂
I think I actually slept during the serious scene as I truly only like the funny Gintama ;w;
But the present was worth it; definitely will not sell 😂
I also got the ticket with seiyuu greeting but my partner made us late ;-;
Some part we missed so I hope I can find it online one day :x
After passing the temporary driving license test, I needed to do 5 driving practices on real road
Then I can take written exam -> real driving license test
I cramped 5 early practices as there's no reservation needed for the written test
I remember on a Sunday, after driving test before meeting my girl friends at KitaSenju, I went to another place I've been wanting to go
Here comes, Kasukabe!
Kasukabe in Saitama is the setting of Crayon Shinchan!
About 10 mins walk from Kasukabe station, in a shopping mall, there's Shinchan Museum!
I mentioned in my visit to Tobu zoo, I passed by Kasukabe station
Whenever someone asked me where I wanna go after I got driving license, I always said Kasukabe and everyone always laughed by telling me that there's nothing there
And yes they're right; THERE'S NOTHING THERE 😂
Plus it's super accessible by train from Tokyo.
The train I always use to work goes straight away there~
Even the Shinchan museum is.. disappointing unless you are a true fan, or have a lot of time to kill 😂
The shopping mall is pretty big with 3 levels but it's not Tokyo, means the shops are not too fashionable nor interesting
So Shinchan museum is the only place I truly visited..
Shinchan Museum connects with a game centre..which is bigger than the museum part itself
So it's more like an arcade with Shinchan print outs 😂
The design is of course cute!

There's a Crayon Shinchan store in Tokyo station, which sells way more stuff than this

Only to realize that the side I exited from is not the main exit XD
The Shinchan related spots in Kasukabe station will be in my next post!!
In other words, half of next post, though the name will be February 2021, there will be still about January 2021 left!
