Last travelling back to 2018 December XD
as May ends, for the whole 1 month, I finished my 2018 backlog in 3 weeks!
It's time for first Christmas (mainly Eve in Japan is the most hype!) in Tokyo!
Before that, I went to see something in Ikebukuro >w<

I was at the sumo exhibition to see TAROS' appearance
I don't know why but I guess because Kintaros is related to sumo?
and most probably to promote Kamen Rider Heisei Generation Forever Movie too~
I was super happy <3

I was as hyped as most of the adult there
AKA 70% were adult 😂
I won't say that I didn't enjoy the sumo exhibition at all
I enjoyed like 30%?
The exhibition is still beautiful with healing mood, as expected of Japan~!
the next day, I woke up at 5.30? and went out even before the sun appeared 😂

Staying in Japan is hard to stop splurging into cute stuff, aka I love Disney and Rilakkuma stuff ;w;

I always do family trips at the end of the year (well up to 2018)
But the older people (?) aka parents aunties uncles dislike cold
so most probably it has been at least 10 years since i saw snow TwT
That's why I was super happpyyyyy
V is the 'show enthusiasm or get started by dressing up first' person 😂
tbh bought new gloves and googles (also have neck warmer----) for the snowboard trip
Ah, forgot to mention that i was there for snowboarding..
first and last in life 😂
no i don't like outdoor sport i don't like balancing sport 😂
at the end i'm just plainly someone who wanna see snow 😂
and i prioritise selfie 😂
now i make it a ritual (?) to join every year's 'first snowboard trip' of my partner and pals since I did the same in 2019 though I totally didn't slide 😂
later on same goes for surfing 😂
FYI snow doesn't really fall in Tokyo
so unless I go to mountainous area, I won't see pilled up snow
Thus once a year is fine!!

Orepara is an annual music concert by seiyuu under Lantis!
The main 4 members are OnoDaisuke, SuzumuraKenichi, MorikuboShoutarou and TakumaTerishima!
That was the last live I went to that year XD

In Japan, Christmas culture is to eat KFC and cake
I didn't do any with my partner 😂
But I did already with my girls XD
and the day before, after OREPARA, I ate fried chicken from LIFE, my fave supermarket 😂 alone 😂
I told my partner that I wanted to see Christmas illumination + that Jojo exhibition!
FYI it was free :D
Then we had Chinese food 😂
He wanted to visit teamLab exhibition but we found out that ticket was sold out!
he asked whether I wanna ride ferris wheel or not and stupid V said no because I hate height 😂
plus of course got longggg queue because Christmas eve is a must-event for couples
This is a wander that in other countries, Christmas is more like family gathering?
But Japan takes it as another lover event, beside V day!
and FYI Christmas Eve only.
by 25 December, all the Christmas decoration (tree, deer etc except illumination) is pretty much gone, changed to bamboo to celebrate New Year!
I think illumination stays for quite sometime since this year?
the place I went had the same illumination until March!
I think because illumination can be used for V day too?
Then instead of cake, we had ice cream 😂
We are weird 😂I regretted not riding the ferris wheel but we rode it next year 😂

Kamen Rider Heisei Generation Forever---
I watched it alone as my partner's not interested but IT WAS SO GOOD
I even contemplated to get the DVD..
as expected, the audience is mostly adult and quite a number of girls!
Ok I'm probably more bias about how good the movie is because just like most girls, I squealed when TAROS appeared!!! and Sato Takeru too!!!!
But even though I'm not in the fandom, I almost bawled my eyes out at the ending credit
They showed all the Kamen Rider toy and kids growing up with them
I can relate to it as I grew up with Barbie!
Since last week, I've actually been doing Barbie movie rerun and they still touch me as I grew up with them!
Something that you grow up with just have a special part in your heart, right? :D

I super love Doughnut and Mr Donut is ALWAYS GOOD!
My fave is the original pon de ring!
I actually like original, plain flavor when it comes to sweets, such as Crispy Kreme's Original Glacier and normal white bread for toast!

Toriki, aka Torikizoku is this izakaya that is like the cheapest and most affordable, especially for students
All food and drink is 300yen each!
and the yakitori is super good!
I love Toriki so much that I actually went alone twice too
But after all it's cheaper with friends XD
FYI an Izakaya, or yakitori store is actually not cheap in Japan
At the end, chain store is the most affordable place~
